kid's glass workshop

Glass workshop where kids get to design a 4" square base, learn the basics fused glass + a new technique. Sometimes we finish early, if so the kids get to play games, get a tour of our kiln room + more!

This week's - Technique - is mosaic. enn will teach how to use the glass cutting tools, with a focus on nipping into smaller random shaped pieces. Using small multi-color pieces + layering to create a design.

- Art Study - this week is inspired by the ancient  "mosaic" technique.

$25 ticket includes:

• one 4" square glass base
• all supplies + instruction
• reserves your child's seat
• one cafe drink + snack
• FUN

Info:

• Best for ages 8+
• Fired glass will be ready for pick up on Thursday, March 31st.
• This is primarily a drop-off event, but if parents wish to stay please let us know. Parents do not purchase a ticket. They can relax or create in our other room, art + cafe products are available to purchase.
