Kids Pottery Painting Party - Studio
Create memories with a fun pottery painting party for 20 to 35 painters!
Service Description
Perfect for birthdays, team parties, and creative celebrations. • $650 Party Package Includes 20 painters. Additional painters are $30 each, up to 35 total. A $50 non-refundable party deposit secures your party date and time on our calendar. The remaining balance, any additional painter fees, and optional cafe items are paid the day of your party. • Private Space for 2 Hours Your party includes a private studio reservation for 2 hours, with 4 tables in the blue room and 6 tables in the green room. Arrival time may begin 30 minutes before your party start time. • Guest Count + Seating The Studio comfortably seats up to 35 people total. If your celebration will include several non-painting guests, please contact us before booking. Smaller groups may book a blue or green room party. • Pottery Each guest will choose and paint their own pottery from our party selection, including mugs, figurines, dishes, and more. All glazes are water-based, non-toxic, washable, and do not stain. • Party Host + Supplies Our team will share glazing instructions, helpful tips, techniques, and inspiration while respecting each guest’s creative freedom. All painting tools, supplies, instruction, and kiln firing are included. Our team will help keep the party moving and handle cleanup and garbage removal. • Party Flow Guests arrive, wash hands, choose pottery, listen to instructions, and paint their pieces. Once painting is complete, remaining time may be used for opening presents and any snacks, drinks, or ice cream. All while creating memories and spending quality time together! • Cafe + Food Party hosts are welcome to bring simple snacks or treats. Drinks and ice cream are available from our cafe during the party with no pre-ordering necessary, making it easy to keep everything in one place. Food cannot be served while painting to avoid contamination to pottery. Tables will be cleared for food once painting is finished. • Pick-Up Pottery will be kiln-fired and ready for pickup in 7-10 days. We will send a text to your party host when the pieces are ready. Each piece will be individually wrapped in colorful tissue and placed in a clear bag with ribbon to create the perfect “goody bag.” Each bag will be labeled with names for easy distribution.
Booking Policy
The $50 Party Deposit is non-refundable and required to secure your party on our calendar. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of your start time will release your private room and result in forfeiture of the Party Deposit. $650 Party Package Includes 20 painters. Additional painters are $30 each, up to 35 total. The $50 Party Deposit is paid during booking and the remaining balance, any additional painter fees, and optional cafe items are paid the day of your party. Parties are scheduled for a 2 hour block. Arrival may begin up to 30 minutes prior to your start time, contact us if you would like to come in any earlier. Additional time may be reserved at $50/hour and must be requested prior to booking. We cannot guarantee that extra time will be available. ⸻ Party Add-Ons Custom Birthday Plate – $30 Our team will create a hand-painted keepsake plate for the guest of honor! During the party, we will ask for their three favorite glaze colors. The plate will be ready with the rest of your party projects.
