Service Description

Perfect for birthdays, team building, showers, bachelorette parties, and creative celebrations. • $50 Room Reservation Fee A $50 non-refundable room reservation fee secures your private party date and time on our calendar. Pottery, optional cafe items, and any additional purchases are paid the day of your party. • Minimum Pottery Purchase A minimum purchase of 8 pottery pieces is required. This reservation is for groups planning a pottery painting experience. For venue rental without a painting activity, please contact us. • Private Space for 2 Hours Your party includes a private Blue Room reservation for 2 hours, with 3 tables for painting and 1 table for gifts, food, or party items. Arrival may begin 15 minutes before your party start time. • Guest Count + Seating The Blue Room is best for 8-12 painters and comfortably seats up to 12 people total. If your celebration includes several non-painting guests, please contact us before booking so we can make sure your group has enough space. • Pottery Each guest will choose and paint their own pottery from our shelves, including mugs, planters, dishes, seasonal pieces, and more. Pottery prices vary, so each guest can choose a piece that fits their style and budget. All glazes are water-based, non-toxic, washable, and do not stain. • Party Host + Supplies Our team will share glazing instructions, helpful tips, techniques, and inspiration while respecting each guest’s creative freedom. Painting tools, supplies, instruction, and kiln firing are included. Our team will help keep the party moving and handle cleanup and garbage removal. • Party Flow Guests arrive, wash hands, choose pottery, listen to instructions, and paint. Once painting is complete, remaining time may be used for gifts, celebrating, snacks, drinks, or ice cream. All while creating memories and spending quality time together! • Cafe + Food Party hosts are welcome to bring simple snacks or treats. Drinks and ice cream are available from our cafe with no pre-ordering necessary. Food cannot be served while painting to avoid contamination to pottery. Tables will be cleared for food once painting is finished. • Billing + Pick-Up We will keep track of everything for your group. The bill can be paid together, split between guests, or handled however works best. Pottery will be kiln-fired and ready for pickup in 7-10 days. We can text the party host when pieces are ready, or text guests individually for pickup if they paid separately.
