Service Description
Pottery Painting Party Perfect for birthdays, team-building or any gathering! Designed for all ages and skill levels—create memories with a fun experience for everyone. • $50 Booking Fee + Cost of pottery (cafe products optional): A minimum of 8 painters or the purchase of 8 pottery pieces is required to have a party. • Private Space for 2 Hours: Parties will be in a private room that best fits your group. Blue Room for 8-12 painters or Green Room for 13-20 painters. Planning for more than 20 people? Fill out a Party Inquiry Form. • Arrival + Dismissal Arrival may begin 15 min. prior to your start time. Painting instruction begins no later than 10 min. after your start time. Dismissal is no later than 15 min. after your end time, allowing proper cleanup before the next reservation. • Party Host: Our team members will assist your party by sharing basic glazing instructions, helpful tips, techniques, and inspiration along the way. All while respecting your creative freedom and handling cleanup and garbage removal. • Pottery: Choose pieces that fit your budget. Our inventory changes with the seasons, pick any pottery pieces from our shelves—mugs, plates, figurines and more (average price $30). • Supplies: Hundreds of glazes, painting tools, a fully stocked technique bar, and more are available to spark your creativity! Ask about Silkscreens and Tracing techniques to transfer themed designs to your pottery. All glazes are non-toxic and washable. • Food + Drink Policy: Food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome for private parties! Food cannot be served while painting to avoid contamination to pottery. Tables will be cleared for food when finished painting. Snacks (cookies, cupcakes, veggie platter, etc.) are standard. Meals (sandwiches, pizza, delivery, etc.) require an additional 30 min. added during booking. • Cafe: Our cafe serves handcrafted espresso, italian sodas, hot cocoa, ice cream and more. Treat your guests to ice cream scooped into hand-painted ceramic bowls or blended into milkshakes (espresso + fruit milkshakes too)! • Billing + Pick-Up: The booking fee secures your party, while pottery and optional cafe products are paid for at the end of your party. We can split the bill however you need. Pottery is kiln-fired, transforming into functional ceramics. The main party contact will be texted when ceramics are ready to pick-up, unless guests paid separately, in which case we will text them individually. Turnaround is typically 10 days.
Booking Policy
Booking Fee + Cancellations The $50 Booking Fee is required to secure your party on our calendar. This fee is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, you must contact us in advance. Failure to arrive within 20 minutes of your start time will release your private room and result in forfeiture of the Booking Fee. Photo/Video Consent By booking a party, you acknowledge and agree that Inspirations Ceramic + Art Cafe may take photos or videos during your event. These images may be used for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. By proceeding with registration, you consent to this use. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please contact us prior to your event. Painter Minimums + Party Rooms A minimum of 8 painters—or the purchase of 8 pottery pieces—is required to host a party. • Blue Room: 8–12 painters • Green Room: 13–20 painters The party room is determined by the number of painters listed on your booking form. If your painter count changes after booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that the other room will be available. Reserved Time Parties are scheduled for a 2-hour block. Arrival may begin up to 15 minutes prior to your start time. Dismissal is no later than 15 minutes after your end time, allowing cleanup before the next reservation. Additional time may be reserved at $50/hour and must be requested prior to booking. We cannot guarantee that extra time will be available. Large Gatherings (20+ Guests) If you are planning for more than 20 people, please complete a Party Inquiry Form. We will provide details for booking the entire studio and options for custom take-home kits for off-site painting. ⸻ Optional Party Add-Ons Meal Time – $25 Meals (sandwiches, pizza, delivery, etc.) require an additional 30 min. added during booking. Snacks (cookies, cupcakes, veggie platters, etc.) are considered standard and do not require meal time. Custom Birthday Plate – $30 Our team will create a hand-painted keepsake plate for the guest of honor! During the party, we will ask for their three favorite glaze colors. The plate will be included as a surprise in your pick-up bag. Kid’s Party Packaging – $15 Each finished piece of pottery will be individually wrapped in colorful tissue and placed in a clear bag with ribbon, creating the perfect “goody bag.” Each bag will be labeled with names for easy distribution.
