We are so glad you’re interested in our studio space! While inspirations is primarily an art studio, we also offer our space as a flexible event venue. Booking Fee: $300 Around Business Hours OR $600 During Business Hours - Gets your party on our calendar - The entire studio reserved for 2 hours + 30 minutes of setup time (contact for details on adding extra time) - Inspirations team member(s) will be assigned to your party to assist with setup, serve our cafe products + take care of all cleanup afterwards. The Details: The studio aesthetic is natural, calm + creative. With warm wood floors, light wood shelving, lots of windows bringing in natural light + primarily gray walls with modern touches. We have a full cafe in the center of the studio offering handcrafted espresso, 8 rotating flavors of ice cream, Union Hill Ciders, with a variety of other beverages + packaged snacks. You can bring in your own food + beverages. All food must be prepared off site. Contact us for details about alcohol. There are two rooms on opposite ends of the building: a smaller room (seating 16 people) with sky blue walls + a larger room (seating 24 people) with soft green walls. Also two bathrooms, one to the right of the cafe and the other next to the green room. Our wood chairs are suitable for all ages, but we have two wooden highchairs for little ones. Outside we have a deck in the front with 3 doors to enter different rooms of the studio, twinkling lights, a sun shade covering half of the deck + black patio tables with chairs (6 tables + 20 chairs). A private parking lot is located on the back side of the building with 14 parking spots. You enter the parking lot by following the driveway on the left side of the building straight to the back. There is also a half circle driveway directly in front of the building for easy pick-up + drop-off. One handicap parking spot is right next to the ramp leading to the back entrance door + the bathroom next to the cafe has grab bars. Inside + outside is a surround sound speaker system to play personalized music with Spotify or plugin your own device with our auxiliary cord. We always have white pompom decor on the walls in both rooms to match all styles/themes. We have two 1.5 gallon glass pitchers for you to use as you wish or one will be filled with spa water (lemon, cucumber or blueberry) upon request. You can bring in your own decorations but require you use command strips + nothing that will put holes in the wall.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation please contact us ASAP. The Booking Fee is required to get your reservation on our calendar. The Booking Fee is non-refundable, but we are happy to reschedule your reservation within 30 days of the original date for no additional fees. Event Space Requirements: These reservations are for get-togethers that do not involve creating with inspirations art products. Cafe products are available for purchase. Space Details: The Blue Room tables will be set up for 12 guests with 3 tables and the Green Room will be set up for 20 guests with 5 tables. There is 1 extra table + 4 extra seats in both rooms that are typically left open for gifts/decor. (Total of 10 tables + 40 seats) Please get in touch with us to discuss how we can best setup your Space or if more seats are needed. Extra time is available to add to your reservation by request, at a rate of $75/hour.
